Introduction

There is something special about starting the day with a stack of homemade pancakes or a crisp, golden waffle fresh from the iron. Our Pancake & Waffle Mix was created to make those simple moments easier while still delivering the flavor and texture of a from-scratch breakfast.

Made with carefully selected ingredients and a touch of cinnamon for warmth, this mix creates light, fluffy pancakes and perfectly crisp waffles that the whole family will enjoy. Whether you’re serving a leisurely weekend breakfast, feeding a crowd, or preparing a quick weekday meal, this mix comes together in minutes with just a few pantry staples.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups dry mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Measuring Cups and Spoons
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Stirring Utensil
  • Pan/Griddle
  • Spatula

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until there are no dry spots.
    • Add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Place about 1/4 cup scoop of batter on a greased pan or griddle
  4. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Add your favorite toppings and serve.

Consider

  • Adding fruit to the batter or topping with syrup/whipped cream.
